Do you only do floor preparation, or do you install flooring too?+
In both expert floor preparation and complete flooring installation, prep like self-leveling, grinding, patching, and skim coating, and installation of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and stairs. For us, the two go hand in hand: a quality finished floor depends on a flat, solid surface underneath.
Is your grinding dust-controlled? We have an occupied building.+
Yes. All of our grinding runs under HEPA-filtered dust extraction, which lets us work in occupied offices, retail, and residential towers with minimal mess and disruption.
How flat can you get a floor?+
We routinely hit tolerances of 1/8" over 10 feet, and can prepare to specified FF/FL numbers for commercial projects. The right approach — grinding down high spots versus building up with self-levelling underlayment — depends on your slab and finished-flooring requirements.
